|Notes||It is important to note that the piercing on the flat plate is the same as PM-89 and the handles are the same as PM-85. The screw cap (small knob on hinge pin) is also the same. This example is not marked.
These were made by William Hutton & Sons and Christofle, amongst others. It is listed in Mary Walker's book as "Brevetto", which is Italian meaning patent. I have seen these squeezers marked Brevetto and they were were made by Christofle.
